A Giveaway - Lets get organised!

Hi Everybody! So I don't know about the rest of you but I am for-get-ful! Like...really badly so.

I'm constantly writing lists and putting reminders in my phone.  In fact....I'll actually put a reminder in my phone to check the list that I have written!

So as you can imagine, a day planner is an essential part of my life.  For a while last year I actually had my day planner along with my wedding planner stuffed into my handbag!
